At DATAFUSIONS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your handbag, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The handbag must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Any items marked as final sale or discounted are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@datafusions.xyz or call 078 2218 8331 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the handbag securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipping.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact our customer service team. If the item is in stock, we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you. If the requested item is out of stock, we can issue a refund instead.
